<description>&#60;p&#62;i don't know how fitbit works, but breastfeeding an infant on average burns 500 calories per day, so if u can input a workout for that many calories, it should cover it.  &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;When I used myfitnesspal, i would just up my daily calorie goal by 500 calories to account for it - which was the same as setting my goal to &#34;maintain my weight&#34; since a 500 calorie deficit per day is what is required (on average) to lose a pound a week.

<description>&#60;p&#62;How can I record that I am breastfeeding on my fitbit one?  I use the iPhone app.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I'm not cleared to exercise yet, but I am wearing my fitbit to track my steps &#38;amp; I use the app to monitor my caloric intake vs what I burn.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I want to make sure I am eating enough since I'm nursing, especially once I start exercising again!
