I have inappropriate sinus tachycardia, so mine is always faster than the normal range. I kept tabs on it often, and mine did not increase during pregnancy. Interestingly, it even went down to normal during labor! I think it must've been hormonal effects. </p> <p>So I would say it could be a sign. It seems to be for some people. It caused me to get really dizzy and sick when I got hot haha :) But I'm not sure how reliable the fitbit HR monitors are. It turned out it was high because she was pregnant!<br /> Has anyone noticed this change in their resting heartrate before getting a BFP? Mine is currently higher than it normally is...😬 </p>
