<description>&#60;p&#62;2 days a week is better than 1 day/week. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;They're both going to be the same kind of thing probably. And i prefer to work out outside. As long as you get your heart rate jacked up, it's efficient, period. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;It takes a deficit of 500 calories/day to lose ONE pound. So...more &#38;gt; better in this case  :wink:

It burns fat like fire. I lost my pregnancy weight and then some like that (snaps finger :silly: )!!&#60;br /&#62;
That being said: you will need more than 1x a week, so if you could do more days (2-3) that'd be HIGHLY potent.
