My daughter is 14.5 months and I started with 3 animal flash cards today along with 3 animal figurines that resemble the animals on the cards. She went nuts. Kept matching the animals to the cards and pointing out where the elephant/lion/zebra was when asked. I took another set and laminated them, punched holes and they're great for keeping her busy when we are out shopping. She loves to flip through them and tell me what animals she sees. When she was itty bitty we used the Wee Gallery black and white cards and they were a big hit. I'm thinking alphabet, number and animals/objects/shapes. Also, how early did you start them? I had a set when I was little that I LOVED and I'd like to get some for DD. </p>
