Thanks everyone, I'll call on Monday just to be safe. My blood pressure tends to always be pretty low. I checked it today at the pharmacy on their machine and it was around 80/64 which is normal for me. Might have just been a fluke thing!

Please call your doc. They'll want to see you and look for protein in your urine. Do you check your blood pressure?

10 seconds wouldn't worry me, personally - if it stuck around for longer, I would call since it's a pre-e symptom.

@LemonLong: this happens to me even when not pregnant. If I bend over and stand back up too quickly my vision gets spotty for a few seconds. I've always assumed it from the blood rushing away from my head. But if this is totally out of the norm for you I would call to be safe as vision issues can be a sign of pre e.

I would call, just to be safe. I had blood pressure issues my whole pregnancy. (Mine was extremely low the whole time). My doctor encouraged me call of anything was weird or different. At the very least they can document it in your chart.

I was in bed and I leaned down while still sitting to grab the monitor charger and a few seconds after I sat up again I started getting tons of flashing lights in my vision for about 10 seconds. I'm 32 weeks pregnant- would this be concerning? My husband told me not to worry and just call my OB on Monday. Google is scary, but it was just 10 seconds or so, so maybe he's right? What would you do?
No blood pressure issues so far this pregnancy and my urine was fine at my 28 wk appt. I have my 32 wk appt scheduled on Wednesday.
