The flea &amp; tick collar prevents them from biting &amp; laying eggs and I don't have to put it on 24/7. I got a prescription for the trifexis a couple of months ago but when I went online to buy it I found a lot of really bad stories/reviews. @Purpledaisy: A lot of people think that it kills their pets.
