I believe Trifexis has the heart worm medication in it as well. But she's always had a sensitive belly. Plus I'm pretty sure she hallucinates on Trifexis.</p> <p>We use Advantage Multi, and just put it on right after my son goes to bed. That way it's a good 12 hours before he's exposed to it. We just got a new dog and I don't want her to bring fleas into our lives, but I am afraid to use the meds I used to always use on my old dog before I had kids. </p>
