I have to say that my LO probably used it until about 3 months b/c he kept breaking out which then I started using the Miracle blanket. And when he was outgrowing the length of the miracle blanket I put a Halo sleep sack under and then used the top of the Miracle Blanket to keep his arms from escaping.
