I'd be worried that if you're just getting paid for the hours you work in the flexible job, you're not really guaranteed to get a set amount each week. I am debating a new job and it would be a regular Monday through Friday job without calls after hours (plenty of PTO) or I currently have a very flexible job and get paid just for the hours I work but I have to always have my phone on me and like last friday I received several calls in the few hours I took my kid to chuck-e-cheese. </p>
