Thank you for sharing! I'm not normally vegetarian, but haven't been able to stomach meat lately and need more flexible recipes...

Washington Post’s food section is starting a 12-week newsletter with vegan and vegetarian recipes, with suggestions for incorporating meat into some of them. It’s called Plant Powered. I’m a subscriber but I’m not sure you have to be in order to get the newsletter (I don’t think so). I haven’t gotten my first newsletter yet but I’m looking forward to trying the recipes, WaPo recipes are usually pretty good!

Thanks for sharing this! The easiest around here (and most enjoyed by kids) is make your own pizza night, grateful to have a few more ideas.

I know I’ve seen several people mention eating without meat (or one family member doing so) and wanted to share this blog post from one of my favorite food blogs. Her recipes are generally so flavorful and healthy!

https://www.budgetbytes.com/flexible-recipes-that-feed-vegetarians-and-meat-eaters/

(She also gives lots of great tips in her posts on things like weekly meal prep, what you can freeze, all kinds of time and money savers)
