When LO had norovirus on our vacation, he threw up multiple time rapidly, then once every 24 hrs and had no appetite for almost a week. So a healthy appetite would be a good sign! R had a bug a few months ago where he vomited twice in a few hours. Then nothing for 24 hours and one more puke. The next day he didn't want to eat and his appetite was off for a few days but he was ok. WTH?! He is currently asleep on my chest and hasn't thrown up again, but last night he has a touch of diarrhea. He's teething so I hoped it was just that since he often gets it when teething. So freaking frustrated and no clue what to do. I want to cry and scream. </p>
