I was looking into a puddle jumper, but they can only be used once the babes hit 30 pounds. My son is just shy of 25, so he can't use them yet, but they're Coast Guard recommended.

For this summer, when we're at the beach and pool, I bought this to try, but I have a feeling my son will hate it!

Whatever you do, do not get arm floaties. I was a swim teacher and those are terrible for swim and safety development. They teach the kids to be vertical and Not horizontal in the water. Life jackets, the arm floaties with the float across are fine kit not them by themselves.

Anyone have a floaty they love?
I'm debating what swim floaty to get LO..
Leaning towards a vest or a floaty she can sit in.
