They started having her sit on the potty at daycare when they change her and we've been introducing the potty to her before her bath time every night. The last week or so she has gone to the little potty and sat on it for a couple of minutes (typically with a book :silly: ) at a time once or twice a day. We notice that she usually poops pretty soon after she gets off and we re-diaper her. LO will be 20 months next week. Am I crazy to think about potty training? It seems way to early? </p>
