<description>&#60;p&#62;That’s a great link ChopSuey posted, since so often you just hear “sushi = no” when that isn’t actually the case. My doctor also OK’d sushi in moderation (especially fine she said for 3rd trimester), and it’s not like all the women in Japan all stop eating sushi for the duration of pregnancy, so I would think it’s safe to indulge in roe every so often if you love it. Mmmmm, unagi and ebi :)

<description>&#60;p&#62;Ok sushi lovers... I've been fulfilling my sushi cravings by eating things like shrimp tempura rolls and, of course, california rolls. But I really, really miss the orange flying fish roe they put around the outside of the inside-out rolls. Are those considered pregnancy safe? Or are they raw and, therefore, off-limits?
