Apparently the Casper is the most firm, but I really liked that it is mostly made in the US. My husband loves our Casper, though he prefers a firm mattress. It's a little too firm for me. It's on a platform bed with no box spring. We first bought a Yogabed and returned it because it was too soft for my husband and too hot for me. (The top layer of the Yogabed is memory foam.)</p> <p>The return policy is actually a donation. They arrange for a charity to pick up the mattress. I wanted to love it so bad!! I felt like I was sleeping in quick sand and it started to kill my back. There is a initial smell when you first open the box that's suppose to go away - it didn't for us. My husband also got very hot sleeping on it. I'd say try it out - you can always return it! Oh and to return the mattress we had to schedule the Salvation Army to pick it up. Ours is on a low to ground platform bed, no boxspring. We were originally going to get the Casper but I think the Leesa might have been cheaper? We've had it for about a year and its right on top of our old box spring. We like it so far!
