I take 5-MTHF which comes in a capsule, so easy to swallow. But I think its only for people with the MTHFR mutations. (My RE gave me 1 mg pills and I have to take 3 pills!) I had to stop taking them because I would be gagging so much. (I gagged thinking of the 3 pills I used to take. Eww!) Even taking the pills with milk wouldn't help. Milk helps me with my other pills. My folic acid pills are just so gross!</p> <p>Anyone have this issue? I wish there was a gummy version. My prenatal gummies have folic acid but not as much as my RE wants me to take. I'm thinking of getting folic acid capsules, so I don't have to taste it. </p>
