This doesn't happen often and I don't want to alarm you, but if you do have pain, it may be just fine like Mrs. Jump Rope and most women, but if the pain doesn't get better, go to the ER. I waited a few days until the pain was completely unbearable and that is when I found out at the ER that it had ruptured and I had surgery. One kept growing and turned into a cyst. I think ideal sizes are between 18mm and 22mm (around that). With me, Clomid made mine grow quickly and I ovulated earlier. I actually missed ovulation/IUI because I ovulated too soon. Before Clomid, I ovulated on day 14, but with Clomid I ovulated on Day 11 or Day 12. What dose are you on? Maybe you need a smaller dose? Not sure if that would help or not. What was the 3rd size? Was that one smaller than the two you mentioned on the left? Good luck!!! So I had my follicle scan yesterday (CD12) on 100mg on clomid. My dr was off for the Holiday, so the u/s tech did the scan; so I wasn't able to get definite answers. I had 8-10 small follicles on my rt ovary, and 3 on my left. My question is.. How big is too big for follicles!? One of them was 31mm the other was 27.5! These are the biggest ever, but upon my google searches, I have found that over 26 is over matured.</p> <p>Any input? What are your follicle sizes on your scans and are you on infertility meds?</p> <p>This month I should be ovulating from the left side..
