I am particular about top loaders, I dont like front loaders and I cant handle the smell the seal gets after use. </p> <p>I asked the salesman for a set that would get the job done knowing I was heading into motherhood. No crazy bells and whistles. I have a pretty entry level model - but the fancier ones are powerful and my husband does not always pay attention. The local store has been amazing. They helped us with our condo which has some really tight spaces for things like stackable washer/dryers and hot water heaters. Just something that works well, is a good value, and from a decent company (Don't even suggest Sears!
