I keep my caffiene intake to the recommended 200mg, but dont completely cut it out. I have really ugly withdrawl symptoms and if my ob isnt worried, im not either. Plus I've heard anecdotally that if you give it up completely during pregnancy its more likely ot cause baby problems during breastfeeding...and this momma is gonna need her caffeine when the baby is born for sure! :)

I've cut down to one 6oz cup of coffee at home. I don't drink work or Starbucks because they seem to have a lot more caffeine. My morning sickness hasn't hit yet this time around. At that point I'll probably cut it out completely except as headache medicine.

I have no desire to drink coffee anymore and I used to love it. I can't even look at eggs anymore or hot sauce makes me want to vomit lol. I've been super sleepy, a little cranky, constipated :( , very bloated feeling, some cramping. Increased urination, and some nausea.

I saw a positive on 10/5 but had my last cup of coffee yesterday =) and stole a few sips from hubby's coffee today, gradual withdrawal you know :).
With my 1st, I did completely stop drinking, i will probably do the same this time. Like Jess1483, after my early m/c in July, for a peace of mind sake, i'll be extra careful where I can. I'll only get a coffee headache for the first 2-3 days, nothing too bad.
just a fyi- i drink starbucks via italian roast and that's about 135mg of caffeine and Starbucks double shot which is about 130mg. Most of the stuff I read say to limit to 200mg.

hm...your lady part isn't blowing bubbles? I had seek the way to describe that sensation and when I stumble upon some posts on other sites, it made me giggle that's exactly how it feels like! I read that your ligaments are relaxing, etc.

I stopped drinking coffee after my last AF. I'm paranoid after my miscarriage, even though I know a cup every once in awhile isn't a big deal.

I only really have the round ligament pains I had (and freaked me out) with my last pregnancy. Also super tired.

I only stopped drinking coffee because coffee (along with most every other food or drink) made me want to throw up just thinking about having some.

You can have a couple cups a day and stay under the guidelines for caffeine consumption, so I didn't give it up over any concerns....just because I couldn't stomach it!

Yep, I stopped drinking coffee right when I got my positive! I know a lot of people continue, but I really didn't mind it at all truthfully.

I didn't....it hit me at about 7 weeks. I had a cup one day, and couldn't the next. I've moved to tea. I couldn't drink coffee with E, either. It just soured my stomach.

I continue to drink the same amount of coffee, which is probably about 4-6oz a day.

I haven't really had any symptoms this pregnancy so far--just some hot flashes, a bit more tired, and peeing more! I think there's a wide range of normal :)

Coffee drinkers? Did you stop immediately after seeing a BFP?

What early symptoms are you experiencing?
I have had slightly sore boobs, constipation, vaginal area feels like its blowing bubbles(?), bloated, moody, urge to pee, slightly dizzy, some sort of interval pain above my belly, not sure what to call it., itchiness in belly area, belly on some days have a warm sensation, sometimes feel like something is pushing down (I had documented this in my calendar, that i had felt most of these symptoms before a regular period too, so it's nerve wrecking!)
