My pediatrician suggests orange, then green, then fruits. I didn't follow it :)

@bunnylove08: I never heard of a food color introduction? We just introduced new foods to her every 3-4 days. LO started with avocado, followed by sweet potato, followed by banana--all different colors!

We didn't introduce by color either. We just kinda went for it. Since we have no known food allergies in our families our pediatrician told us we didn't have to follow the three day rule either. I did alternate between fruits and veggies though.

I never really knew you were supposed to introduce food in a "color" order. We just waited the few days to make sure there wasn't an allergy and then picked out the next food!
