@sweetooth: I'm 33 weeks.. I don't even have morning sickness to blame on it. I'm just lazy and potatoes are soooo good. I stepped on the scale today and I haven't gained since 28 weeks so I'm counting that as a win.

@FaithFertility: I think you are eating really great for 16 weeks + still having nausea!

@FaithFertility: Congrats on 16 weeks!!! @BakerBee: Oh man, I forgot how many baked potatoes I used to eat too. Mmm, I tried to balance it out with a ton of broccoli and a handful of cheese on top :)

Don't sweat it! You'll have plenty of time in 2nd/23rd trimester to eat healthy. When I was nauseous, I was lucky to just be able to eat and feel okay!

@FaithFertility: I just wrote down my food and got so embarrassed. No wonder I feel like a fat kid this pregnancy.

Yesterday:
Morning - Starbucks Non-Fat Chai Frap (I didn't sleep well the night before I usually have a peanut butter bagel thin)
Lunch - Low-Fat Chicken Alfredo with Broccoli
Dinner - Twice baked potato and local low-fat ice cream

I think all of my meals were either white or off white.

Today I've had a bagel and will have low-fat baked ziti for lunch. I haven't decided on dinner yet, but I'll give myself another hour or two to decide since it's only 7:45 AM

Oh man, there was a stretch where all I ate was frozen pizza, butter noodles, and tiny pieces of rotisserie chicken! It was all that I could stomach! Bleh.

Once I finally made it to the second trimester and had my appetite back I was able to eat salads, smoothies, and I always tried to have some cut up veggies and easy to grab fruits on hand. I also may have had a few milkshakes :)
