LO generally has a quick snack before daycare around 7am (1/2 of a banana or Cheerios, sometimes a pouch) and then breakfast at 9, lunch at 12, snack at 3:30, dinner at 5:30.
-breakfast: eggs, PB toast, oatmeal, various fruits (pineapple, strawberries, mandarin, mango, blueberries are some of her favs), pancakes, waffles, sausage.
Lunch or dinner - cheese, chili, curry with rice, pasta (she loves the black bean pasta from TJs with some marinara), meatballs (we make our own and keep in freezer and defrost 1 or 2), and veggies (peas, carrots, corn are some of her favs). Honestly for most meals she eats what we do. Her dinner is usually what we had for dinner the night before. We eat our own dinner after she goes to bed b/w 6:30-7pm.
Snacks- cheese, fruit, sandwich crackers (PB or cheese, like the mini ones from TJs), pretzels, applesauce.

@youboots: We also eat dinner after bedtime, so we just feed LO her dinner separately before she goes to bed.

DD2 is 16 months. She's been on three meals and two snacks per day since eight months. I often feel like I've spent my day prepping, feeding, and cleaning up after meals. She eats everything we eat.

Today she's had...
7:45 Pancakes and eggs with 5oz milk
10:30 five strawberries and water
12:00 leftover pasta, broccoli, a clementine, and another 5oz of milk
3:00 cheese, a couple crackers, and a few blueberries

Will have
6:00 meatloaf and mashed potatoes with some veggie tbd.

@winniebee: yes see above. The problem is I don't really eat set meals (mostly snacking) and we usually eat dinner after bedtime. Great ideas!@PawPrints: thank you! I'll have to come back to this.

@LindsayLou: awesome. Thanks.@Portboston: yay! Great place for ideas.@tlynne: what's rice pasta? I'm trying to stay on the smaller size of items and softer items because DD has choked (I know the difference between gagging) so I'm wanting to be mindful until molars come in.@winniebee:

13.5 months and she eats just about anything, though her preferences change day to day. Her meals are at 8am, 11:30am, and 6pm, with an afternoon snack.

-She loves mandarins, pineapple, strawberries, cherries, and grapes.
-She eats big chunks of cheddar and colby jack cheese.
-Plain Greek yogurt is hit or miss.
-Anything with peanut butter on it, though she often just sucks off the PB and hands the bread or apple slice back to me (hilarious).
-She inhales black beans with rice.
-Vinegar coleslaw.
-Guacamole!
-Saag paneer
-Plain pancakes (only thing I've seen her actually squeal and kick over her excitement to eat it)
-Pizza - she packed away an entire slice by herself last time we went out to a pizza place with her
-Broccoli
-Pasta

I made this a couple nights ago and she took a little bit to warm up to it, but last night she devoured the leftovers: http://smittenkitchen.com/blog/2013/04/lentil-and-chickpea-salad-with-feta-and-tahini/

Are you trying to keep her on softer foods? We pretty much just had him eat what we were eating as of age 1. He would have 3 meals and 2 snacks and milk offered with each meals and water with snacks.

Favorites - all types of fruits berries, apple (he preferred to eat whole!), cherry tomatoes (sliced), pickles, hummus with pita or just eating it by the spoonful!, meatballs, sausage, cucumbers, pasta leftovers, ham and salami slices, scrambled eggs, muffins, salmon, spinach, any sort of noodle in a sauce, cheese stick, and TUNA (big mess). If I wanted to get him something to eat quickly, I'd give him a banana or a yogurt squeezie.

At 14 months, my kids were generally eating with us (3 meals, 1 snack), drinking water and milk, and nursing 4 times. Until they dropped their second nap, it definitely felt like a lot of eating for their awake time, but I think they were right on target for recommended intake and growth. Sometimes it was still a little deconstructed, but they eat what we eat by that age. For snacks, I usually give one fruit or veggie and one other thing, e.g. Red peppers and hummus, babybel cheese and frozen peas (my second loves these when teething), baked tortillas and corn/black bean salsa, blueberries and yogurt, etc.

By 14 months my DD was pretty much eating everything we eat. All types of veggies and fruit, pasta, lasagna, enchilada casserole, turkey meatballs, baked fish, ravioli (lobster is her favorite filling), yogurt, veggie burgers, thick soups, hummus, spinach omelet, waffles, veggie salads, etc etc.

For quick snacks we do fruits, yogurt, applesauce, cut up cucumbers (her favorite).

My almost-12 month old eats most of the things I serve the rest of the family (and we're gluten free, though not egg/peanut free). I gave him some rice pasta with ground beef and spaghetti sauce (he was dressed only in diaper!)...but I've also used rice cereal in place of pasta. I am very careful with consistency/size of his bites (he has some feeding problems due to CP), but he also loves roast pork, grilled bell peppers/onions, curry, and gluten-free cabbage pancakes (I think they're called okonomiyaki in Japan - I know it sounds weird, but it's ridiculously delicious). Don't be afraid to use herbs/spices to change up what's easy/normal...currently, the baby adores anything with garlic or cumin.

Mine is about 10 months and is finally starting to really get into food. I started a Pinterest board with a few good recipes I can try apart from just plain veggies or fruit. http://pin.it/5hQEvyo
One blog that's on there is called feedingfinn. She's got a lot of good recipes to try!

My daughter is only 8 months, but I also nanny for a toddler. He eats a lot of satsumas, apples, watermelon, yogurt, bananas, carrots, broccoli, sweet potato crackers, shredded chicken, lunch meat, cheese, yams, raspberries, cauliflower rice, and plenty of others I'm forgetting. My 8 month old likes black beans, zucchini and pasta of any sort (gluten free pasta would be an option I'm guessing), especially with basil pesto.

DD eats about 1 1/2 lbs of food a day as well as 15 oz of milk, water and some diluted juice. She was eating more pouches than she probably should have and has 2 solid meals a day- after she wakes up and after nap. She's only awake about 8-9 hours a day so there's not really time to fit in a third meal. Well she's decided she no longer likes pouches- which is fine but I'm needing to do a food overhaul.

Right now for solid food she eats cheese, avacado (1 a day) cottage cheese, rice, mashed potatoes, black beans, grits, raspberries, blueberries and salsa as her most frequent foods.

She will also eat broccoli, hamburger, bacon, turkey, peas, chickpeas etc.

Right now we are waiting on gluten, eggs and peanut butter.

What does your toddler love? What do you give for quick snacks besides pouches?

T takes a long time to eat (30 min) but I'm not sure when to add another meal.

Any thoughts/ideas would be awesome.
