I like to at least rinse of the blades/attachments right away so they don't get food stuck all over. We don't use it daily, but about 2x a month it comes out and it's always worked like a dream. I occasionally have to split something up and process it in two batches, but only if I'm making a LOT of something. Maybe when we're a family of 4 and not 2, I'll wish for the bigger one, but right now, I love that it fits in my cabinet, doesn't take up toooo much space, and almost always is sufficient for the job. </p> <p>P.S. Now, I'm really hungry for this caramel-pecan tart recipe that the crust is made in the food processor. I love, love, love my Cuisinart though. I do all kinds of things with it from shredding cheese and slicing vegetables to making dough to making dip. It's fantastic, and I highly recommend it.
