Beans and brussel sprouts - found that out after I made a HUGE pot of veggie soup to eat while DH was gone for a week.

I ate a ton of broccoli while pregnant and she seems to have no problem with anything I've pumped...except the night before we brought her home, DH and I had shrimp quesadillas and she was awful ALL night. I did read that shellfish can be problematic and I'm scared to eat it again. No problems with anythjng else, though!

In my case I found that in the newborn stage eating green beans or any type of beans made my baby gassy. But because she was getting a lot of gripe water she wasnt uncomfortable. I did avoid soda and brocollia althought I know people that claim they ate everything and it didnt affect their baby

Each individual is different, but is there a certain food or drink that makes you or your baby gassy via breastfeeding? For instance, I heard broccoli makes the baby gassy if the mommy is consumes it and breastfeeds.

Allergies/food intolerances do not count.
