I found that if I pulled it from the top of the straps (like up closer to her shoulders), it loosened with no problem. It hasn't been a problem since. I love it so far. The only issue is that 3 or 4 times now when I go to loosen the straps to get R out, they don't loosen. I have to get her out and then pull on the straps super hard. </p> <p>Anyone else have this issue? </p>
