<description>&#60;p&#62;This happened to me once or twice when we first got ours. I found that if I pulled it from the top of the straps (like up closer to her shoulders), it loosened with no problem. It hasn't been a problem since. Glad you're liking it over all!

<description>&#60;p&#62;We have been using the Foonf for a little over a week. I love it so far. The only issue is that 3 or 4 times now when I go to loosen the straps to get R out, they don't loosen. I have to get her out and then pull on the straps super hard. &#60;/p&#62;
