Since about 2 weeks postpartum, I've not been able to EBF my 9 week old. I really enjoyed reading this article :) I continue to take my breastfeeding relationship week by week. It really has been triggering for me when people assume i will keep at it for ___ amount of time because that's what you are *supposed* to do. Combo feeding is stressful in its own way and I am not putting pressure on myself to stick with it forever. I definitely have a different view of breastfeeding and formula feeding after my experience and I will never judge a woman again for her decision to formula feed.

I always liked this blog post. I didn't make it breastfeeding and honestly didn't like it. And that makes me feel guilty sometimes. But this gave me a different way to think about it too.

I makes me sad, although I do BF, but I see how hurtful some women are, I think all should embrace all and as long as baby is healthy and happy who cares

This may have been shared before but I'm just now seeing it. I know I still have a lot of guilt and grief over my inability to breastfeed, and this helped me. http://fivethirtyeight.com/features/everybody-calm-down-about-breastfeeding/
