We will probably use it as we move forward, but now that I've started the testing with an RE, I may hold off until I know more. We didn't use the recommended amount either - actually I'm not sure if anyone does. I used it internally as I think it gets to where it is needed the most :) We liked it and we normally do not use lube. Don't know if it worked yet (I'm 8dpo), but I agree that you don't need to use their recommended amount because it's a lot!
