The only time I had a negative experience, the seller fixed it for me (after telling me the screw up was my fault--SO not the case) when I told her I'd consider how she responded to the issue before leaving feedback. If they quickly rectified the situation, I would leave positive feedback noting that there had been an error but they had quickly corrected it. If they hadn't... I would have left negative feedback. One time I had a bad eBay experience and left neutral feedback and the seller went and left negative feedback for me as the buyer! All of my etsy experiences have been positive and I've left positive feedback.</p> <p>I did find a seller on Etsy but went through her business website to purchase a hat for DS. The turnaround time was supposed to be 5-6 weeks. It took closer to 12 weeks! I contacted her when the 8th week arrived and I still hadn't received my order. She got mad!! I really wish I had gone through Etsy and been able to give feedback.
