It's on a chain around my neck now. I'm 25 weeks and mine are both still comfortable even when very active outdoors in the heat last weekend. I recently changed the setting on my engagement ring though and the band is a lot thinner than the old one. I was able to put them back on within 2 wks of my miscarriage. My mom had to have hers cut off with my 3rd sister when we were on vacation. I had tremendous swelling though, like pitting edema - yikes! </p> <p>A friend of mine had to get hers sawed off and the metal got so hot from the saw cutting that it burned her finger and she has a big scar.
