we started out with Pampers because that's what's used in the hospitals I gave birth at. We never had any major issues with them, so just kept using them for a long time. Since then, we've tried Luvs (great diaper, probably my 2nd favorite) and Huggies (okay, just not for us).

As for Eco-friendly disposables, I've tried Seventh Gen (like them), Earth's Best (size ran small, so didn't give them a fair chance, and Nature Babycare (LOVE them). Nature Babycare is now our go-to diaper. I just can't do Pampers anymore because I can totally smell the chemicals everytime I open their diapers. I loved them and Luvs for barely ever leaking and fitting nicely, but Nature Babycare does the same for us without the chemicals.

Picking which brand works for you just comes down to trial and error. Diapers.com sells little sample packs for certain brands.

When we use disposables we prefer Earth's Best. It fits my lean baby pretty well and I haven't had issue with leaks/blowouts like I have in Pampers.

Try different ones cause they some fit better on long lean babies while others fit better on chubby babies. We started off using Pampers Sensitive cause they are super soft, unfortunately it didn't stop blow-outs very well. Then a friend recommended Huggies little snugglers which were even softer and had an elastic barrier at the top to better stop blowouts, it also fit better on my chunky-legged baby. Now we rotate between Huggies Little movers and the Costco brand cause their design is similar.

BTW, within each brand of diapers are different levels of diapers so try them out as well. For example, Huggies' little movers are much softer than their Snug & Dry line.

I have used primarily pampers but we get lots of blow out. We tried target and luvs and still get blow outs. My cousin uses BJ's brand and that's what were going to try next.

We have always used Pampers. We have used their Swaddlers, Cruisers, and Baby Dry with no issues. I tried a box of Huggies but Pampers feels a lot softer. For wipes, Costco Kirkland brand are great. For her face and hands I use the chlorine free kind from Earth's Best, though.

We use Pampers Cruisers at night and when we are out. I found them to be the best for LO's wetness patterns.

Everyone raved about Pampers so it was our choice. At 3.5 months we've exclusively used Pampers Swaddlers. We also have a stash of Pampers Baby Dry for when she moves to size 3 or larger. The swaddlers are all supposed to have the wetness indicator, we ended up with a box without it. I really like having the indicator.

Another vote for Pampers Swaddlers because of no diaper rash. If you get them through Amazon mom, they're actually pretty reasonable.

We use cloth diapers at home and Seventh Generation disposables when we're out. We also use Costco's Kirkland brand of wipes.

I always used kirkland, parents choice and when she was a bit bigger we used luvs. I HATED Huggies with a passion, they did nothing for our daughter no matter what size or how we put it on her the first pee or two would just leak out the sides. And don't get me started on the Huggies wipes refill packs!

We primarily cloth diaper, but when we use disposables, we use Seventh Generation because they are chlorine and dye free.

ETA: but I hate Seventh Generation wipes. We use the unscented Huggies Natural wipes.

We used Pampers Swaddlers until he grew out of the biggest size. Then we tried Huggies, Pampers and Kirkland (Costco brand) and Huggies had the least amount of leaks for us. Plus it was cheapest (even cheaper than Kirkland). So all the way up to size 5, we're still in Huggies!

We were given lots of diapers at our shower, at 2 months old we're still using them! I think I like pampers best, but I can't really tell the difference. With my son I only used luvs, I'll try those again once we've gone through our stockpile. I'm also going to try kirkland.

we've always used pampers sensitive swaddlers and wipes and have never had a problem with diaper rash. we use huggies overnights at night. didn't put too much thought into them since it was what the hospital was using. since we've never had a problem, we stuck with them.

i did try seventh generation and huggies for a little while when charlie was a baby, but liked pampers best.

We started off with Pampers newborns because that's what we had from the hospital. Then, we used Costco because they were recommended to us. We love them and never turned back. We did try Huggies because a pack was gifted to us and I really disliked them, LO had blowouts every single time we put one on him.

We started off with Pampers Sensitive because they're much softer than the regular Pampers (but more expensive). We never had a diaper rash situation so we thought it was worth spending the few extra dollars. Once we got out of the newborn and size 1 stage, we went with 7th Generation diapers because they're organic.
