I thought about it a lot and knew I was done but I was scared it was just the hormones and the horrible pregnancy that was making the decision. We decided not to just in case. 2 months later we were still very sure so dh scheduled his vasectomy and I haven't regretted it a bit.

This is my plan. I'm 37, pregnant with #3 and plan to have it done with my repeat c section in May. We are super fertile and I do not want an oopsie baby. Three is what we want and feel comfortable with.

I never minded taking birth control but I'd like something more permanent (like I mentioned we are very fertile) because after kids I did often forget to take my pill. I do worry about some of the side effects of me no longer taking the pill. I've been on it since I was about 20 with only breaks to conceive.

Yes, I made this choice a year ago. We stopped at two kiddos. I was 40 when she was born and knew that at my age we were just done.

My only regret only pertains to my monthly cycle. It's somewhat awful and I wish I was on birth control to temper it. I'm going to talk to my OB about it at my next visit. My mood swings, acne and all the awfulness of my early 20's are back. I hate it. But as far as no more babies, yes it's the right choice for us.

So we decided that we will be going for a 3rd and even set a timeline for when this will happen! We also discussed getting my tubes tied because they will already be in there due to a RCS. This scares me, the thought of being permanently prevented from having more children, although I know after 3 I will be ready to be done! Anyone else make this choice? Did you ever regret it?
