They were monsterous during pregnancy but shrunk back to size pretty quickly after weaning. Personally, I think they look a *little* more floppy but DH can't see any difference. Mine are under the muscle which helps them look more natural. But yes, after pregnancy I thought they looked softer and maybe hung a little more like natural breasts - does that make sense?</p> <p>If it were me, I would wait. I'm trying to decide to do it next year (they're going to be a graduation present!) or wait until we know we're done having kids. Both pregnancies, they have gotten larger. I was an A and got a full C. I have no idea what size they are pregnant. After the baby was born, they went back down to my C. The 1st didn't ruin them. We'll see about the second. If I knew I was going to end up married with kids, I would have waited.
