@looch: I know, that's why I'm never sure how to answer them. I'm really not sure what's gender related. Or whether it's just personality.

There are always going to be similarities and differences among siblings, regardless of sex, no? Kids by nature are copy cats, I don't think that's related to their sex at all.

Mine are SO different in every way that it's hard to say. Also my girl is still little (1 year). My boy is definitely the classic rough and tumble type, and very easygoing, and my girl is kind of a drama queen. SO I am trying not to use those gendered labels but in my mind, there is a difference.

Just starting to now that DS is a little over 5. He is def gravitating toward "boy" things - he no longer likes pink, he says dolls are for "babies", he likes army men.

As for milestones my DS got some first and DD got some first - the biggest one is PTing . Everyone says boys are harder to PT - my DS was soooo easy - he was trained at 2yrs 9 months and my DD is pushing 3 and still not trained - she is way more stubborn!

I get asked this a lot, since I have one of each and they are twins. I really don't think I notice anything except that my daughter is definitely faster in hitting her milestones than my son. They both like toys, trains, dolls, etc. When one twin thinks of something, the other joins. Like somehow climbing into the playpen that we sorta use for storage. Or pulling the mat apart.

Do you notice a difference? How so?
