I went throughout the entire cycle, once a week.<br /> I do have two friends that swear by acupuncture, and they both went to the same place as I did, so I know they were on the same schedule. One got pregnant twice with acupuncture, both successful pregnancies, once with triplets! I love acupuncture. If nothing else, it really helps me relax. I truly believe that it has helped my stress level immensely through this IVF cycle, and I also believe it has helped me not to have as many side effects with all the meds that I am taking. I think she says that most people have luck within 3 months. I got pregnant after 1.5mo, but miscarried. You definitely want two appointments before O, and then at least one after O, according to my acupuncturist. </p> <p>I got KU on my second cycle trying (first "real" try, as the first cycle my DH had to be out of town on business during my most fertile days). Acupuncture may not have been what did it, but it certainly didn't hurt! My accupunturist would adjust it to make sure I use my appt wisely. Like, last year, I only had a few treatments left that my ins would cover, so she put me on a 2 week treatments when I wasn't actively TTC but ramped back up as soon as I got my CD1. She likes to do an appt the day of my IUI and stops after I ovulate and until I POAS.
