I get depressed when I spend too much time alone. Usually I will make up an errand if I don't have one I need or go get lunch to get us out of the house. Usually once my husband gets home we take baby and dog for a walk (I can't manage both alone and have us all survive the walk). On days when my husband is home I try to get out on my own at least once a day for some "me" time. I drop off and pick-up my first LO to preschool (second LO always comes along) every MWF, so we take that walk at least twice on those days. And while she is in school I usually run an errand or two. On Tuesdays and Thursdays when I have both kiddos, we have ballet and music classes, storytime, and at least 1 playdate on each day or sometimes just on one day, leaving a free afternoon here and there. On the weekends, DH likes to stay home at least one day out of the two, but that doesn't always happen. I have a doggy with seperation anxiety, so it's a big ordeal to leave the house.
