@misolee: I just have a cheap changing pad from I can't even remember where. It's pretty small so I toss a muslin blanket over it. We always seem to have to change DD2 on the floor places and just a blanket seems too thin right now.

@misolee: it's cheap! I also don't bother with a changing pad. If I really need something under baby I toss down a burp cloth or A&A blanket then just wash that when we get home.

@misolee: I had a changing pad that came with my old diaper bag, so I use that. I also use those pet pads that I had for when LO was a newborn, and I used to use that on her crib for any leaks, or blowouts.

I just got an inexpensive diaper backpack from Buy Buy Baby. I had a regular one, but I just couldn't ever love the setup I had. I bought the Skip Hop brand.

@MRSSRS would you mind a pic? I'm a Trader Joes regular and I can't picture it.

@FINFAN @PUMPKIN PIE another question. What do you guys use for a portable changing pad?

I use a medium wet bag (for cloth diapers but we use disposables) for diapers/wipes/changing pad and another bag for bottles. DD2 is only 8 weeks old but this is what we did with her big sister. We have a change of clothes in another pocket with burp rags. There is a water bottle holder on the outside and I've been rolling up an A&A muslin blanket to keep handy in that for emergencies.

We use a North Face backpack.

I have a JJB BRB (backpack) and I use packing cubes to keep everything organized. I use a medium sized one for just diaper supllies. Super easy when I need to change a diaper. Plus, I can easily pull it out to see if I have enough diapers before I leave the house.

I use the other sizes for a change of clothes and other odds and ends.

I love these travelon packing cubes. If you have a marshalls nearby they are $9.99. If not, you can get them from Amazon. http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00ICD5OYY/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?qid=1451504126&sr=1-1&pi=SX200_QL40&keywords=travelon+packing+cubes&dpPl=1&dpID=51KkSM3j1eL&ref=plSrch

I just got a backpack from uniqulo, and love using it as a diaper bag! I actually think it is much easier than the diaper bag. It has 2 front pockets, 2 separate inside pockets towards the front, and 1 large inside pocket toward the back. It has the same compartments that my diaper bag had.

I have 2 regulgar back backs as diaper bags! One is a light weight nylon for summer (or DH), one is more fashion. I just use ziplocks too with the sliders.

How do you keep it organized? Do you use pouches or smaller bags?

I wanted a backpack diaper bag for my second (whose coming soon!). I was eyeing a couple but then I was gifted a really stylish and expensive backpack that I think I can just use. I hate rummaging for things and that's the only drawback. So tips please?

(FYI ... For my toddler, I don't really carry anything for her. Maybe a pack of raisins :silly: )
