They act like they are a public school with all the closings. We booked a daycare teacher months ago to watch DS this week, but she backed out at the last second. Another teacher said she could help then changed her mind. I am so done with daycare teachers! We hired a nanny from our agency today and tomorrow, I am taking pto Wednesday and DH is taking it Thursday. We are really lucky that my MIL is off of work this week and offered to watch the girls for us all week so we didn't have to use vacation. In the past we've used her but also taken a day or two each to help her out. She even offered overnights because we are expecting a lot of snow and she didn't want the girls to be in the car with slick roads, so we get a night or two (all I'm willing to do at this time) for adults only! </p>
