It's staffed by cosmetology students, with pro supervision (they help correct anything that isn't right and review the students' work). I don't color my hair, but I used to get my hair cut there and I loved it. My hair actually holds onto the highlights well so when she does the single process some of the old highlights still come through and the single color brightens them a bit. I do a lot of red so it's tough pushing to 10 weeks but it has helped with our yearly budget for stuff. </p>
