I would second Botox. I don't have it *anymore*, since I'm preggo, but I got it donw a couple of times after I turned 30. The benefits of starting early are that I needed less, so it was cheaper. I think only about $220 each time (I only went twice in one year).

My family was horrified at first....like, completely horrified. But they couldn't even tell a difference--but i could, because I knew exactly where my wrinkles were before. My older sister (39 years old), just got it for her first time, and even on her (she has more wrinkles), the difference was small, but she did look better.

Before you ever do it, you imagine botox being this scary thing that totally changes your facial features. But the difference will be very small--you'll look better, but *no one* will be able to tell why. Even my husband didn't know! he was super against me doing it, but I did it anyway without him knowing. Then told him 2 days later just to prove that he'd never notice.

For something other than Botox, I would recommend using a retinoid (preferably prescription strength). In addition to helping with any wrinkles, it can also significantly improve skin texture and tone (minimizing any discolorations). Although neither of these can be done/used during pregnancy.

Break the habit.. put some tape on your forehead where it would normally wrinkle. You will feel when you are doing it and it will help you make a conscious effort to help you do it less.

or botox.

I get botox. If you get it frequently enough you can get a deal on it. It's not an inexpensive option, but it works.

No suggestions, but I lift or furrow my eyebrows a lot when I'm watching tv so I'm interested to see what responses you get!

I've gotten into a very bad habit of lifting my eyebrows/shrugging my forehead whenever I wear my glasses. It keeps them from falling, I guess? Well all that lifting/shrugging is causing some serious forehead wrinkles.

Anyone have any suggestions for (reasonably priced) solutions to help reverse any further damage to my poor forehead?!
