<description>&#60;p&#62;@MusicaV:  Yeah, it just does the 360 rotation which is fine. But when it won't connect, I refresh the website, close and reopen the browser, etc. Nothing seems to help. Most of the info I am seeing online seems to deal more with set-up but I'll keep digging! I'm going to have to check out the HD model. &#60;/p&#62;

<description>&#60;p&#62;What do you mean by resetting? Ours would do a full 360 scan and go back into the home position. After that, we would have to refresh the website. It took us a while to figure out that all we had to do was refresh, not plug/unplug.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;We looked online and found that some other Foscam users experienced the same problem. You can Google and see if someone else had a different fix. We didn't return our Foscam, but we bought the HD Foscam which has a much clearer picture ad hasn't given us the reset problems.

<description>&#60;p&#62;Okay, so I have a Foscam and love it! Except recently it's started resetting itself which is weird but not a big deal. But then sometimes it will also not connect to the website. This is a big deal! It used to start working again if I'd unplug it and plug it back in, but even that doesn't work anymore. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I know a lot of moms here have the camera so I'm wondering if anyone else had this issue. Was there a solution? Should I return it??
