It's only a real concern at the end of pregnancy. My coworker was actually prescribed Ibuprofen when pregnant following an emergency surgery. They said the pain would have a worse affect on baby than the Ibuprofen would. Totally did it half-asleep and automatically. I'm freaking out. One dose won't do anything, right? :( </p>
