@bebefly: I've only heard of them and I'm not sure where to get them. But apparently they are no-bark collars that will spray citronella spray instead of shocking the dog.

Amazon sells them and Petco apparently! http://www.petco.com/product/6659/Premier-Gentle-Spray-Bark-Control-Pet-Training-System.aspx

That's one thing I'm afraid of when we have a baby! We live in a townhome community so all the houses are close together, so we hear the garage doors, car doors, house doors, car locking beeps, etc and she barks at most of those. Her barking is super loud too.
She FREAKS out at the leaf blower guy and if anybody approaches our door. I'm already thinking we're going to have to get one of those citronella collars. :(

I'll take him if you take my cat....she's insane. I find her laying in his crib ...so, when I go to lay down my sleeping baby, I have to push her away and argue with her to move her big behind so I can lay LO down!
By then he's awake and I feel like I have to wash his sheets constantly (even though she doesn't shed).

@BabyBoecksMom: My dog hides under the computer desk in the corner and shakes when she cries now. He threw up the other day when she cried. He's a little dramatic but I feel bad that he thinks he's in that much trouble. I promise all I did was yell a few times!

@bebefly: My LO gets pretty sweaty too but she's on the Boppy so she rolls away a bit when she falls asleep and it's not so bad.

@BelugaBean: LOL! It's kind of sad, but mine run away and hide in another every time they hear her cry now because there were so many times I yelled at them in the beginning for making her cry. Right now, I'm trying to teach them that they're not in trouble when she cries anymore. :-(

@bebefly: Sounds like a good time to take a nap ;-)

Oh I'm so sorry!! Our next door neighbor lets their dog bark All. Day. Long, and it always barks right next to DD's room. I get SO mad because of it.

Our poor dogs are kind of scared of me now because I yelled at them for barking when DD would nap. :-( But, at least they finally figured it out! haha

Yeah LO has been fighting sleep this afternoon and taking short, frequent naps. The mail just came and of course our dog had to bark. And of course it woke her up.
