I use my Freemie as a back up or for certain situations, and it's GREAT, but I don't get near as much milk out of them. I do use the freemie cups with my PISA in the car sometimes, though!

I also have a hands free bra, but I've been happiest with a The Dairy Fairy pumping bra for work, because I don't have to take off all my clothes AND put a new pumping bra on. I just take my shirt off (to avoid spills), clip down the nursing tank (which i always wear as a layered top, because it holds my squish in) and move the panels on the bra

I am getting ready to order my pump and am pretty set on the Medela pump in style advanced as I've heard mostly good things here and from friends and family. When looking at the accessories for the PISA, I saw that you can purchase the freemie cups and adaptor kit for $60. Has anyone used them with their PISA? Is iota worth $60 or should I just get a hands free bra? I will be returning full time to work after 12 weeks.
