I do use the freemie cups with my PISA in the car sometimes, though! </p> <p>I also have a hands free bra, but I've been happiest with a The Dairy Fairy pumping bra for work, because I don't have to take off all my clothes AND put a new pumping bra on. When looking at the accessories for the PISA, I saw that you can purchase the freemie cups and adaptor kit for $60. Has anyone used them with their PISA? Is iota worth $60 or should I just get a hands free bra? I will be returning full time to work after 12 weeks. </p>
