I agree with Costco but if that doesn't work out maybe check with everyone in the group to make sure every one had a 9*13 pan and freeze in a foil lined one of those (you could reuse the aluminum ones since I assume you would need to do several) then once frozen you could wrap it completely in foil and plastic wrap and remove it from the pan.

I definitely agree though that the disposables would be far easier. Some of them are decent enough though that maybe you could reuse them a few times.

DH did catering for a while and I'm pretty sure he's used Sam's club in the past. Good luck! That sounds like fun to swap meals!

Have you looked at a warehouse (sam's club or costco) or do you know anyone in food service that might have a membership to something like restaurant depot?

Some friends and I are going to start swapping freezer meals soon and I'm super excited. However, for those who are old pros at this, where do you find the best "container" for meals that need to be baked? I normally use gallon size ziploc bags for crockpot meals and have used the disposable aluminum pans for things like lasagna or enchiladas here and there but they start to get a little expensive. I normally wash and reuse these but won't have that option when I"m making these to give away. Any ideas on where to get these at the best price?
