I was going to say pancakes and waffles, and I think I've seen a post where Mrs.bee said that she makes and freezes french toast sticks.

I do really simple bisquick muffins and they freeze fantastically...they're my guilty pleasure.

When I am trying to be healthier, I also do the "smoothie packets." This way I can just take the pack out before I get in the shower and I don't have to use as much ice.

I just froze mini crust less quiches and also single servings of prepared oatmeal. I think the oatmeal will be OK out of the freezer, and good for the milk supply!

Bags of items for smoothies-- like frozen berries and bananas, so all you have to do is poor in the milk/yogurt/whatever? I'm torn on that one, though, because blenders are really loud!

Egg muffins freeze well, like the mini crustless quiche kind. I made the ones Mrs. Bee posted a few months ago and they are tasty.

I've stocked our freezer pretty well with some dinners, but would like to make some breakfasts to freeze too! So far on my list I have breakfast burritos and muffins. Any other ideas?
