I've done some of these...

http://ashleynoelbarnes.blogspot.com/2013/05/10-freezer-to-crockpot-meals.html

I like the Alfredo chicken & honey rosemary chicken the best. Best part is no defrosting...just dump & go!!

We made pot roast this week and I'm planning on making some meat sauce and a shepherd's pie. Last week we made pork and chicken jambalaya. I usually double the amounts and freeze half in individual containers. Tuna noodle casserole sounds good and I have all the ingredients.

I like to cook up a bunch of chicken cutlets or turkey burgers to freeze, also stew is a good one.

I don't make really any freezer meals so I'm not help there - but something you migth want to add to your list is making chicken stock (and/or veggie stock, beef stock, etc.). We always have that on hand and it's super useful and easy/cheap to make.

Crockpot chicken tortilla soup (just make up bags of ingredients and freeze, then dump), chicken pot pie, meat sauce (make big crock full and freeze portions). I need to think of a few more things.

I do the dump meals (chicken) and pull those out on days to bake in the oven. I use chicken tenders so the cook time is short, it's just the defrost time I have to factor in.

I always go back and forth with making chili just because its a pretty easy crock pot meal.

Our big one right now is meatloaf. The kids love it. I also did a double batch of Tuna Noodle Casserole so I have the other half of that in there right now.

It's that time of year again, and I'm thinking ahead to the next month or so when I will be making some meals to freeze. My mom will be coming over for an afternoon to help me out. So far I am thinking: Chili (one of my favorite foods ever), shepherds pie, lasagna and some sort of soup. I would like to make a few more things that freeze well. Or some sort of crockpot dump meal.

Do you make freezer meals? How many meals do you typically try and make to store? What is on the menu for freezer meals this fall?
