Also, Flax seed meal is a great booster. You can add it to nearly anything, even use it to replace eggs in baking recipes. Safeway carries it in their baking section. Brewers yeast is supposed to be good too.

Ditto what everyone said. I pump 2x at work and 2-3x at night/early morning in addition to nursing when I get home. Also, I eat oatmeal 2x a day and drink water like it's nobody's business. Also, there are certain things like mint and sage which can decrease your supply.

How old is your LO?

Link below to a really great FREE webinar! They are about 20 minutes long. If you scroll down there is one on Feb. 23rd called Low Milk Supply. It is all supply and demand so pump as often as you can! Maybe add one pumping session in the morning and another before you go to bed. Ifyou don't already have a hands free pumping bra - it is a life saver! I know for us, a 'nursing vacation' where we just lay around and offer the breast every hour or so boosts my supply.

I pump 3xs at work. Whenever I'm home with her I always put her on my breast but do not pump unless she is sleeping and it has been 3 hours. I just ordered more milk plus on amazon. Going to make myself some oatmeal right now. I have to get some more ingredients for lactation cookies. Thanks ladies!

I have no freezer stash that ran out months ago but I still pump every day and supplement with a small amount of formula. Eating oatmeal really does help, also lots of water and not stressing out.

Drink lots of water, eat oatmeal, eat lactation cookies, get lots of rest. Let LO nurse anytime you are around her and pump often.

When you are away from LO, how often are you pumping?

Add more pumping sessions, especially in the middle of the night. Take fenugreek or mothers milk plus...there is also a tea you can drink. Lots of water and a healthy diet. Try not to stress :)

So dh's paternity leave is over and he went back to work today. It was a good run. I was packing her cooler for the baby sitter and notice I'm running out of bm! I have enough for 2 days. I'm devestaed. I don't know how I can pump enough milk for her. My supply is super low I only get about 1 oz a pumping session. Has anyone been in the same boat as me? I'm going to continue pumping and she has been taking some formula but I have a feeling she will have to take more formula than bm. Is there anything I can do I can boost my supply so I can replenish my freezer stash??
