Do you really have to freeze though? When was the milk pumped? Can I throw the bottle (plastic) in the freezer then just thaw overnight in the fridge for Monday? I figure this would save the little bit of waste in transferring to a plastic bag &amp; back.</p> <p>I know freezing in glass is ok but wasn't sure about my plastic bottle (sans nipple of course!) </p>
