<description>&#60;p&#62;I don't think it's that unhealthy if you use something like Ezekiel bread and egg whites or mix whole eggs and egg whites and use a spray instead of lots of butter! Then sprinkle with fruit. It's not as good, but it's still pretty good!

<description>&#60;p&#62;I make mine with good sourdough bread, either stale or a bit toasted (just enough to dry it out).  I dip it into a mixture of egg, milk, a little vanilla, and a little nutmeg.  Brown on both sides and then sprinkle with cinnamon.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;My mom used to make a baked challah french toast with orange marmalade and orange liquer... but that is definitely more work and not as *healthy,*
