Every day, every other day, whatever you can manage without it feeling like an obnoxious chore. I did four rounds of clomid to conceive mine, and I got pregnant on the cycle when I backed off the EVERY DAY OR ELSE serious plan. As a result DH's sperm count was super high (around 40 million when they only look for about 5 million).
